Founder and owner Chuck Nelms has made significant contributions to the construction industry, earning noteworthy distinctions throughout his career. As one of the founding members of the Tampa Bay chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Chuck also served on the board of directors, demonstrating his leadership within the industry. He is a past president of the Contractors and Builders Association Remodelers Council and was among the first professionals in Florida to achieve the status of Certified Remodeler and Certified Graduate Remodeler. Additionally, Chuck is a Florida State-certified Building Contractor (License #CBC044653), holding a pristine record with zero complaints statewide.
